Short on funds but want to do something personal for friends and family? How about adding “bling” to plain brushes, compact mirrors, or purses/bags with rhinestones or beads (it’s a good thing my daughter and sister don’t read my blog…lol)? Why don’t you decorate wine glasses and make wine glass charms out of beads for your girlfriends (I now REALLY hope my girls aren’t reading this…lol)? How about creating fleece blankets that only require you to tie the end strips? Why don’t you pull out your favorite cookie/bread cookbook and purchase tins from the $1 store to give away as gifts? One year I even bought several dozen tapered candles and tied them with a bow and gave them out to visiting guests. The list is endless…do you have some ideas of your own? I don’t know WHY I keep getting Mens Journal in the mail, hubby’s doesn’t read (well he can but you know what I mean…he’s not the toilet reader like most men…lol) and I can’t stop it and switch it to something I’d like. Not even sure how I got it as I never paid for it but it is addressed to me. Did I have a sex change I didn’t know about and in some sort of denial?!
